Lead complex testing and troubleshooting of nuclear I&C and electrical systems• Oversee data acquisition, signal measurement, advanced diagnostics, and engineering evaluations• Serve as a primary technical expert during on‑site plant trips and customer interactions• Diagnose unexpected test results, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions• Support hardware development, prototype evaluation, equipment upgrades, and documentation updates• Drive quality assurance compliance and structured engineering processes• Produce high‑quality reports, evaluations, and customer‑facing technical documentation• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical development• Provide expertise during customer discussions, project planning, and engineering reviews• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and maintain strong customer rapport. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field• 10+ years of professional engineering experience• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills• Deep hands‑on experience with instrumentation, controls, electrical systems, signal processing, hardware, or DAQ systems• Expertise using oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and DAQ tools• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills• Ability to work independently while supporting complex engineering tasks• Willingness to travel (~25%)• U.S. citizenship required.
