We are looking for someone who is approachable, responsive, and comfortable balancing the people side of HR with the details and processes that keep an organization running smoothly, as well as someone who enjoys being a trusted resource for employees, brings sound judgment and discretion to sensitive situations, and is eager to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help create a positive workplace. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, this is a highly hands-on position with broad exposure to all areas of human resources, including recruiting and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, training, compliance, and special HR initiatives, such as implementing an Applicant Tracking System within our HRIS.
