Specifically, you will: Design & Execute Facilities Strategy: Oversee multi-site preventative and corrective maintenance programs across fulfillment centers, retail showrooms, and offices for building systems including HVAC, dock doors/levelers, fire safety, plumbing, electrical, waste, pest control, and janitorial. You will bridge the gap between day-to-day warehouse machinery—specifically material handling equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks—and broader facility operations like HVAC, fire and life safety, dock doors, janitorial service contracts, and landlord obligations.
