This program is designed for candidates with backgrounds including (but not limited to): home health, school nursing, nursing instructors, long-term/extended care, public health, occupational health, and hospice. A transition RN fellow is an RN who has, graduated > 1 year ago, a minimum of one (1) year of experience practicing as an RN within the last 24 months, but not within an acute care facility.
