Support the full talent acquisition cycle across an average of 10 open requisitions at a time, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboardingAdminister employee leaves including LOA, FMLA/CFRA, workers' compensation, and leave monitoring for all employeesManage the semi-annual performance review process in alignment with salary review and bonus cyclesMaintain accurate recordkeeping for hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leavesManage and process reporting requests from corporate leadership in a timely and accurate mannerConduct surveys, research, and data analysis related to HR policies, compensation, and employee relations initiativesSupport preparation of HR documents including organizational charts, policies and procedures, and employee handbooksManage state and federal HR compliance reporting requirementsSupport payroll processes with a solid understanding of payroll principles, though not responsible for processingBuild and maintain HR data in Excel including formulas and pivot tables for reporting and analysisProvide general HR support across functions and projects as needed. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required2-3 years of HR generalist or HR functional experience preferredWorking knowledge of California employment law and federal labor regulations is requiredIntermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables requiredExperience with ADP preferred; BambooHR or LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWell-spoken and professional with strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
