ResponsibilitiesProcess & Equipment Support* Operate, monitor, and optimize cleanroom-based optical ribbon and cable manufacturing processes* Perform advanced setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of ribbonization, fiber handling, and bonding equipment* Lead process start-ups, line qualifications, and product changeovers* Troubleshoot complex quality issues including attenuation, ribbon geometry, fiber alignment, and bonding integrity* Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability initiativesQuality & Compliance* Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, SOPs, and safety requirements* Monitor in-line and off-line quality metrics and drive corrective actions* Ensure compliance with ISO, Telcordia/GR, IEC, and customer specifications* Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Continuous Improvement* Analyze process data using SPC and manufacturing systems to improve yield, throughput, and uptime* Support Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives* Assist with new equipment installation, process transfers, and plant expansion effortsTechnical Leadership* Serve as a technical mentor to Process Technicians and Operators* Provide hands-on training and technical guidance without direct people management responsibilities* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes or equipment________________________________________ .
