Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor''s or Master''s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Engineering, Business Data Analytics, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline; Coursework or hands‑on experience in data modeling, database design, process mining, systems architecture, or business process analysis; Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation; Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and strong Microsoft 365 skills; Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience interviewing stakeholders and presenting findings; Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries and regulatory, quality, or clinical systems.
