The Senior Business Analyst will apply sound judgment, rigorous research methodologies, and critical thinking to assess emerging issues, identify trends and risks, and develop insights that support Government policy, program, and strategic decision-making. Experience or subject-matter familiarity with critical minerals, rare earths, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, defense supply chains, strategic commodities, industrial policy, or other economic-security topics.
