Reporting to Product Leadership, this role will partner closely with business stakeholders, field users, Product, Engineering, and System Integrator partners to translate high-value business problems into actionable requirements, and to deliver practical, intuitive solutions through rapid, iterative Agile cycles. The successful candidate will work directly in the system, gather requirements, support QA and testing, clear blockersto keep development, builds, and releases moving, and flex into project management responsibilities as needed — including driving test cycles, tracking timelines, and coordinating dependencies.
