Working across technical and academic functions, the position provides advanced technical expertise and coordination for complex technology initiatives and collaborates with faculty, staff, University leadership, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to maintain secure, reliable, accessible, integrated, and highly available University services. The position has responsibility for complex academic technology environments, including the Learning Management System (LMS), early-alert and student-success technologies, database and analytics platforms, enterprise integrations, digital accessibility technologies, cloud and SaaS applications, and related infrastructure.
