The Analyst will work closely with Asset Management, Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Property Management Companies, brokers, lenders, consultants, and outside counsel to facilitate successful transaction execution. This person will be the lead point of contact with all sellers to coordinate new acquisition activity, communicating with both Blackstone’s acquisition team as well as April Housing team (Asset Management, Risk, Tax, Accounting and Legal Teams).
