Provide faculty-level leadership for formative and summative assessment of clinical knowledge, reasoning, and skills, including case-based assessment, direct observation, rubric-guided and narrative assessment, OSCEs, and other performance-based examinations; contribute to blueprinting, case and scoring-tool development, rater preparation/calibration, review of performance data, and assessment quality improvement.
