Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing from drawings and specifications * Develop competitive bids for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus projects * Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier proposals * Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives * Work closely with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout preconstruction * Identify potential cost and scope issues early and help develop solutions before projects move into construction * Support multiple projects while maintaining accurate budgets, pricing, and bid documentation. The successful applicant: * 4+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction * Experience with commercial, healthcare, data center, PEMB, or similarly complex projects preferred * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred * Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules * Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills * Someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of the estimating process.
