Professional & Technical Knowledge: Effective June 1, 2026, all individuals hired into the role must: Possesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer, and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge, frequently acquired through one of the following: Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a recognized major with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; or comparable experience. Ensures operational workflows support a Patient Centered Health Home environment focused on patient experience and organizational strategic objectives, including daily huddles, patient satisfaction, and wait times.
