Collect, maintain, and report quality and delivery metrics, including customer feedback, supplier scorecards, on-time delivery, first-pass yield, warranty returns, defect closure rate, average defect age, and audit results. This cross-functional role helps ensure that purchased material, production activities, inventory, and customer shipments meet applicable quality, contractual, schedule, and traceability requirements.
