Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, qualitative and quantitative research methods, survey design, and data analysis • Experience working at a college or university • Knowledge of and experience coordinating institutional research functions • Demonstrated leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with units across campus • Ability to interact effectively within a culturally and ethnically diverse community Preferred Qualifications . This role involves close collaboration with the Provost’s leadership team, the Deans’ Council, faculty, the Academic Senate, support staff, the CSU Chancellor’s Office, and other key stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and actionable data and analysis in support of assessment requirements and academically related analytical studies.
