You will ensure that timely and effective results of the specifications work is accomplished. In addition, you will provide daily support for all items TOI and specifications related.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></div><ul><li>Evaluate, synthesize, and interrelate information from internal and external sources when solving problems and making decisions.</li><li>Make decisions based on analysis, experience, and good judgment; solve difficult problems with effective solutions; ask questions and probe diverse sources for answers.</li><li>Accurately scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; organize work into logical process steps; use time effectively; establish priorities.</li><li>Involve relevant others in shaping plans and making decisions; participate in group efforts and encourage others’ participation; listen to co-workers’ concerns and provide assistance as appropriate.</li><li>Evaluate the risk/reward priority of improvement opportunities.</li><li>Develop, document, implement, and sustain TOI and specifications using appropriate data and tools.</li><li>Root cause analysis and corrective action.</li><li>Significant time spent at desk using programs to complete work.</li><li>Strong project management capabilities.<br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>4-year degree in Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences.</li><li>Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies.</li><li>2+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred).</li><li>Wire & Cable industry experience (preferred).</li><li>Experience in process driven, continuous operations.</li><li>Proven project management skills.</li><li>Experience leading high performance work teams is a plus.</li><li>Programming and data analytics experience is a plus.</li></ul>

<h5>Job Description </h5><p>All Levels: </p><ul><li>Setup stream-out and data acquisition software in the data van to record and transmit each stage's treatment parameters to the Performance Center prior to starting a stage. </li><li>Coordinate with district supply chain and vendors to verify all orders are delivered in a timely manner throughout the job. </li><li>Monitor all pump parameters, treating pressure, and rate during treatment and communicate with supervisor and customer representative if there are any problems or concerns. </li><li>Assist with the rollout and implementation of new technology and continuous improvement projects. Participate in special projects as assigned. </li><li>Address any technical questions or concerns from customers related to reservoirs, fluid systems or software. </li><li>Be knowledgeable on equipment operations, limitations, and components. </li><li>Assist maintenance and engineering with root cause analysis. </li><li>Assist with data van rigging up/down and maintain cleanliness in data van and assist field operations with rig-up/down as needed. </li><li>Promote HSE values and perform job duties as per NexTier's safety policy and standard operating procedures as well as implement best practices for field operations equipment. </li><li>Perform all other duties assigned. </li></ul><p>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: </p><p>All Levels: </p><ul><li>Able to work under pressure in remote and physically demanding environments. </li><li>Able to analyze problems by considering alternatives, followed by the systematic rejection of unacceptable alternatives. </li><li>Displays professionalism while interacting with on-site customer representative and internal management. </li><li>Cooperate with others to accomplish goals, treat others with dignity and respect and values the contributions of others. </li><li>Makes decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment. </li><li>Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior and commitment to the values of the organization. </li><li>Provide tactful, direct and actionable feedback to others. Confront people problems and stressful situations head-on. </li></ul><p>Minimum Qualifications </p><p>All Level Requirements: </p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline. </li><li>Able to proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, Excel, MS Word, etc. </li><li>Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English. </li><li>Must have valid state-issued driver's license and be eligible to drive Company vehicles including ability to meet requirements of Company's Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy. </li></ul><p>Field Engineer 1: </p><ul><li>Minimum nine months of field engineering experience in oil and gas, preferably in hydraulic fracturing. </li><li>Completion of Engineering Training or equivalent. </li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications: </p><ul><li>Intermediate knowledge of data acquisition software. </li><li>Completion of assigned Engineering Training. (Technical Handbook training, data acquisition software, basic frac fluid knowledge, pump operation standard training, and basic math and computer skills training). </li></ul><p>Field Engineer 2: </p><ul><li>Completion of assigned Engineering Training. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of data acquisition software. </li></ul><p>Additional Details: </p><p>This position requires the person to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including precipitation, cold/heat, high wind, and turbulent conditions. Frequent travel to other Company offices and frack work sites, often in remote locations, is required which may be in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat, day, night, etc.) and employees will be expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
