OPERATIONAL - Manage operational tasks, including but not limited to: updating resource schedules, updating project schedules, performing quantity take-offs, assisting with material orders, and working with project teams to develop work plans in alignment with safety & quality requirements and financial & scheduling goals. ADMINISTRATIVE - Perform administrative project tasks, including but not limited to: reviewing/approving time cards, submittals, RFI's, owner/subcontractor correspondence, quantity tracking, maintaining as-built drawings, T&M tags, vendor invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and owner progress payment requests.
