Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Ticket Sales, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for generating ticket sales revenue through the sale of season tickets, partial plans, group outings, premium seating, and special event packages for URI Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Ryan Center events. The Senior Account Executive also assists in developing and executing annual ticket sales campaigns, manages customer relationships through the department's CRM platform, supervises part-time sales staff and interns, and collaborates with internal departments to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
