In this role, the Clinical Manager will: Provide leadership, management, and direction for two assigned clinic locations across all areas of local operations, including staffing, employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity of assigned sites, and facility appearance and maintenance. Work in close collaboration with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and other members of the management team to promote open communication, ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients, and facilitate revenue growth for the Practice.
