The Specialist works closely with the Grants Specialist, Program Manager, Accounting and Finance Specialist, the Supervisor of Accounting, Finance, & Administration, the Manager of Administration, and Finance, and the Chief Financial Officer or designee to communicate inventory needs, identify concerns, and support informed purchasing decisions. Communicate inventory shortages, damage, or replacement needs to the Accounting & Finance Specialist, Supervisor of Accounting, Finance, & Administration, Manager of Administration and Finance, and/or Chief Financial Officer or designee.
