Reporting to the Director of Leasing and/or Area Leasing Managers within the Marketing department, the Floating Leasing Consultant partners closely with onsite teams to manage leads, conduct tours, close leases, and execute the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in. Travel might be required between assigned multifamily communities within the designated market and may include travel to support staffing needs, high-volume leasing periods, lease-ups, occupancy initiatives, special events, or other business priorities.
