Our Novato Flagship is the physical expression of Beauty Heroes — a beautiful, welcoming destination where customers can discover extraordinary independent skincare, makeup, hair, body and wellness brands, receive personalized guidance, attend events and experience our holistic facial treatments. If you have experience in beauty, skincare, spa, makeup, wellness or luxury retail — and would love to spend a few days a week surrounded by great products, interesting people and a team that cares deeply about what we do — we’d love to meet you.
