In addition this employee conducts extensive operating logs, process adjustments and rounds on air pollution control (APC) systems and components, turbine generator and associated equipment, boiler feed pumps, condensate pumps, make-up pumps, dump condenser and associated equipment, turbine lube and control oil systems, electrical distribution systems, waste water system, demineralized water system, process water system and cooling towers to assure that the facility meets it's operational, environmental, and safety commitments while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner. Duties may include but not limited to operations of the Distributed Control System (DCS) for plant system control and adjustment, operations of Turbine Generator through the installed Human Machine Interface (HMI), preparing of lockout tag-out permits, confined space permits, hot-work permits, etc.
