As part of the SHS Team, the After School Program Tutor will work in PATH's elementary after school program in collaboration with the on-site ICMS team to provide individualized student support to address identified barriers, as well as provide homework assistance, and after school and summer programs to elementary school students living at PATH's operated sites. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
