Daily duties would include scheduling incoming appointments, greeting our customers, directing technicians, writing estimates, ordering parts from our suppliers, informing customers of needs and recommended maintenance, in order to maintain our front office and making our customers feel appreciated. As an automotive service/advisor manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including: Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers and deal with all situations.
