Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Operations/Maintenance Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred (equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, and industrial experience will be considered). Track and analyze equipment history, downtime, repair costs, parts usage, and department KPIs (equipment availability, schedule compliance, backlog) to drive proactive reliability and implement corrective measures.
