Partners with local business unit leader (General Manager/GM) to develop and execute comprehensive Human Resource program, including talent sourcing, recruiting, development and deployment. Responsible for all phases of employment at sites for which she/he is responsible, including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, testing, placement, orientation, training,and development of associates, exit interviews and unemployment compensation hearings.
