Experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations, Multi-Unit Leader, Hospitality General Manager, Retail General Manager, or similar senior operational leader could translate well into this opportunity. As our Operating Partner, you’ll lead our leaders, drive business results, develop people, create accountability, and ensure our restaurant performs at a high level—with or without the Owner/Operator in the building.
