OCIO oversees and maintains all IT systems and communication capabilities supporting the OIG mission, including database administration, storage management, transition management, application services, mobile device management, IT asset management, domain services, network transport, and service desk operations. The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with business, cloud, application, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data architects, as well as ServiceNow developers, administrators, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, IT Service Management objectives, and mission priorities.
