Ability to direct and oversee seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems and systems; including internal and external stakeholders Provide guidance and support to achieve project goals including leading major design and milestone reviews (CoR, SRR, PDR, etc), technical meetings, and project planning sessions Provide leadership and guidance on contracts of all phases of the portfolio from capture to sustaining including reviewing and approving estimate to complete (ETCs) of the engineering content of the program. Preferred Additional Skills: Technical expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, and Software engineering disciplines Experience with space, airborne, and ground systems architecture and implementation Experience with requirements management, preferably with DOORS Experience with Model-based design, preferably with SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler.
