The ideal candidate must have experience in vehicle program execution and launch, with a solid background in overall vehicle development processes [including program framing, development and execution], and extensive understanding in the operational structure and supportive business functions [Planning/Program Management, Design, Product Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, Development, Validation, Manufacturing, Order Fulfillment, Sales, Service]. The Senior Manager will need expertise in vehicle development processes, high efficiency project and program management techniques driving on-time quality results, developing and leading strong cross functional teams.
