The manager is responsible for assessing, identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating the processes, technology, personnel and facility needs required to achieve patient outcomes safely in a patient centered environment. Assesses reports, customer surveys, evaluations and other data to identify and plan the process, technology, personnel and facility needs to deliver care in a designated patient care area.
