This individual will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, migration, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), serving as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project teams, finance departments, IT stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and end users. This role will play a critical part in modernizing enterprise systems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring successful adoption of technology solutions across large public-sector construction programs.
