All Child Development Staff care for young children by following a lesson plan, supervising playtime, leading lessons, and following the curriculum daily tasks such as hand washing, singing, and playing. Well‐developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all constituents in a school environment, including young children, students, co‐workers, parents, alumnae, volunteers, and the public.
