Shipping: we expect our warehouse associates to complete outbound orders by: going to specific locations designated by individual pick tickets, strategically staging orders on pallets, which includes stacking, wrapping, measuring, and weighing merchandise, and loading outbound trucks. Receiving: we expect our warehouse associates to be able to unload inbound trucks, separate merchandise, accurately count and receive merchandise, and strategically manage warehouse inventory.
