Interact daily with personnel across the company, including information technology, compliance, information security, privacy, procurement, financial services, marketing, compliance and other business teams, regarding a broad array of technology, contracting and compliance issues including those typically encountered in the home building industry and the mortgage and title businesses. Provide legal advice in connection with technology agreements, including software as a service agreements, software licenses, cloud services agreements, software implementation and development agreements, professional services agreements, data licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other vendor and commercial technology agreements.
