This position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting daily order processing, inventory communication, pricing updates, shipping administration, and coordination between customers, sales, production, shipping, trucking, and logistics. This role serves as the communication hub for the daytime HRI operation by responding to customer inquiries, processing customer orders, coordinating information between departments, and helping ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
