Following Madison's groundbreaking Community Infrastructure announcement to develop 1 GW and mobilize up to $2 billion in capital, we are seeking to make a critical hire to lead and own partnerships with digital infrastructure customers and partners (Aggregators, Hyperscalers, Edge Data Centers, and other large power users in the digital space). Own the full partnership lifecycle with Digital Infrastructure customers (Aggregators, Hyperscalers, Edge Data Centers, and other large power users) - from first conversation through MOU/exclusivity to binding commercial agreements, including drafting, negotiating, and executing MOUs, LOIs, PPAs, and other investment-grade offtake documents.
