In addition to developing software, candidates will be expected to develop strong and collaborative internal relationships for the purpose of aligning the company’s products and services with customers’ needs; assist in establishing the strategy and roadmap for the scalability and performance of the internal systems to keep pace with company growth; prioritize and effectively manage multiple assignments; monitor industry trends and technologies and implements best practices to improve in-house capabilities; and collaborate with IT peers to ensure appropriate delivery of software products. SQL, and Python, experience working with modern backend web technologies (real time APIs, HTTP, JSON, Web Sockets), experience using AI development tools (ClaudeCode, CoPilot for git), familiarity with Unix environment including writing shell scripts, executing and scheduling job, and familiarity with Relational Databases (MS SQLServer, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, or Oracle) are required for this position.
