Assess, plan, and execute Oracle CPQ product upgrades, Java middleware enhancements, Apache Tomcat server upgrades, security patches, and emerging platform capabilities; perform impact analysis, recommend adoption strategies, coordinate with software vendors to troubleshoot product issues, evaluate and implement vendor-recommended fixes and patches, and minimize operational risk and business disruption. Provide ongoing production support for Oracle CPQ, Java applications, middleware, Apache Tomcat environments, and integrations by troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, collaborating with vendors to resolve product-related issues, and ensuring system stability, reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
