Plan, develop, review, and track Acquisition Requirements Packages for Government approval in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Department of Defense, Department of the Army, ASA(ALT), and Program Executive Office guidance. Support post-award activities, including technical surveillance, Contracting Officer’s Representative and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan activities, period-of-performance monitoring, scope-change analysis, contract modifications, and follow-on acquisition planning.
