In addition, the leader will effectively engage with the different functional groups like design engineering, producibility engineering, test engineering, and quality engineering to drive for robust mistake proofing, quality at the source, design to cost, and design for manufacturing of New Product Introduction programs. From a business perspective, the candidate will be required to track day-to-day project status, support internal and external customer meetings, ensure project process compliance, support annual NPI strategic and financial planning efforts, and be the Technical focal for their NPI team.
