The Lean Transformation Leader is a key site leadership role responsible for leveraging the Chemours Business System to enhance employee engagement, drive the acceleration of continuous improvement in operational excellence (including safety and environmental) as well as delivering strategic site initiatives across the site manufacturing value streams. Performance Monitoring: Provide leadership and support to enable strong daily management processes to monitor and respond to gaps for key value stream metrics including site cost of manufacture (VCOM, FCOM, TCOM), raw material yields, energy, production performance (OEE2, Quality Performance).
