Lead the development, forecasting, and management of NCCF’s annual technology operating and capital budgets in collaboration with agency and divisional leadership, ensuring technology investments align with organizational priorities, strategic objectives, infrastructure needs, cybersecurity requirements, and long-term sustainability goals. This position is responsible for ensuring that technology resources, data management practices, and information security strategies support the agency’s mission, regulatory requirements, service delivery objectives, and long-term organizational goals while promoting operational efficiency, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
