Clinical Services: Comprehensive mental health care, psychiatric evaluation, Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), individual/family therapy, and multidisciplinary care delivered by psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and clinicians. The Case Manager will provide services that may include case management/linkage, assessments, screenings, treatment planning/monitoring, and rehabilitation services to the clients and their families.
