The role will translate liquidity regulatory reporting, analytics, forecasting, stress testing, and governance needs into clear business and functional requirements; coordinate design decisions across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology; and help deliver a scalable, modular, FR 2052a-first liquidity platform while preserving the stability and compliance of the existing environment. Support phased delivery by helping define the pilot product or data domain, validating the complete source-to-target flow, capturing lessons learned, and establishing repeatable onboarding patterns for additional products and data sources.
