The ideal candidate will have deep MongoDB expertise, strong Linux administration skills, hands-on experience with replica sets, sharded clusters, high availability and disaster recovery, and the ability to partner effectively with application, infrastructure, security, SRE, network, and cloud engineering teams. Hands-on experience administering or engineering MongoDB Atlas, including cluster deployment, scaling, backup, monitoring, networking, access management, and migration activities.
