The Inside Sales Representative will work to find solutions to not only generate sales and sales leads, but to ensure the sales process flows smoothly overall. The position will work primarily on social media and Facebook Marketplace to drive traffic on home sales.Responsibilities<ul><li>Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails</li><li>Understand customer needs and requirements</li><li>Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure</li><li>Manage sales posting on social media siites and Facebook.</li><li>Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest</li><li>Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory</li><li>Team with Regional, District and Community Managers to build pipeline and close deals</li><li>Perform effective communication to potential customers</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven inside sales experience</li><li>Track record of over-achieving quota</li><li>Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day</li><li>Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Friendly, approachable and well-spoken demeanor</li><li>Strong listening and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>Preferred Bi-lingual English/Spanish</li></ul>Supervisory ResponsibilityPosition does not supervise staff.Work Environment/Physical DemandsWork primarily in a climate controlled office environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<ul><li>This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. Work with middleware technologies and databases to prepare detailed technical specifications from which integration services will be written. Generally, works independently and leads the less experienced developers. Primary Responsibilities + Lead the process of implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post implementation support of solution/software development + Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the needs of project stakeholders including customers and end users + Analyze, review, and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt new requirements + Lead the efforts of problem resolution of issues and defects discovered during testing, independently resolve the issues if needed + Gather business requirements and define detailed specifications + Lead the development and debugging of software using Java/J2EE + Develop software using web presentation technologies such as AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, CSS and HTMLS + Work with Business Analysts to design and deploy database schemas and specify all attributes of database tables including primary keys, foreign keys, identities, constraints, default values, indexes, and triggers + Participate in business unit and strategic planning and implement initiatives + Provide on call support for production systems + Experience with database application development process using SQL and JDBC + Process documentation to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements + Lead the and mentor less experienced developers and assist them with issues and questions Job Qualifications Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience Required Experience: + 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer + Demonstrated application of software development methodologies and modern best practices + Expertise with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.), JSP/Servlet container frameworks, Apache, Tomcat, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, Microservices, Springboot, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Web Services Security, and Test-Driven Development with JUnit or equivalent tool + Proficiency with modern IDE and Git. + Expertise developing web applications and user interfaces with Java technologies such as JDBC, JSP, JSF, and servlets + Ability to multitask and be self-paced to accomplish goals + Ability to lead and motivate others and teach technical skills + Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated + Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation Range: The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
