This position works with technical teams and business users to translate reporting and data needs into reliable technical solutions, maintain reports and datasets, troubleshoot data and access issues, support data quality and governance practices, and help mature scalable processes for reporting, deployment, and analytics platform use.Essential Duties and Tasks:BI Reporting & Technical Solutions<ul><li>Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.</li><li>Assist in translating business requirements into reliable reporting and data solutions.</li><li>Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and datasets.</li><li>Troubleshoot report, dataset, and data source issues in collaboration with technical team members.</li></ul>User Support & Platform Enablement<ul><li>Support business users in adopting Power BI for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Provide guidance to users with varying levels of experience, from beginner to intermediate.</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting report issues, data questions, access concerns, and platform usage.</li><li>Help develop training materials, documentation, standards, and best practices.</li></ul>Data Engineering, SQL & Integration Support<ul><li>Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and data integration processes from multiple sources, including SQL databases, files, and cloud-based sources.</li><li>Transform and validate data to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on data models, data organization, source system integration, and data flow design.</li><li>Support efforts to standardize data definitions, improve data quality, and increase consistency across reporting solutions.</li><li>Assist with SQL queries, data validation, troubleshooting, and basic relational data analysis as needed.</li></ul>BI Platform, Governance & Process Support<ul><li>Assist with organizing reports, datasets, workspaces, and related assets in a scalable and maintainable way.</li><li>Participate in evolving practices related to data governance, version control, deployment, and lifecycle management.</li><li>Support adoption of new capabilities within the analytics platform.</li><li>Help maintain repeatable processes that improve reliability, supportability, and consistency across reporting solutions.</li></ul>Other Duties<ul><li>Performs other related duties as required</li></ul>What you need to knowSalary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.Special Instructions: A cover letter and resume are strongly recommended.
